"Well I have to complain about something!"
Yup this episode occurred yesterday between the Menahel and one of the beloved Talmidim. Mamash!
So on Sunday, sixteen chevre packed the van and headed to horseback riding. Forty five minutes on the trail, and half an hour horse talk, part of it in pouring rain had the spirits soaring.
Today was inspection so last night was cleanup, the cleanest roon was on their way to slurpies, in the local 7/11.
Well there got to be something negative you say. There is, this week we had a mishap and for two whole days the boys had to survive without milk. So in case of complaining from your son, please save the phone call to the yeshivas Kayitz. (Just kidding, all parents are always welcome to call). Nu there's nothing perfect.
The inspector came and was impressed, but later whispered to the shlucha, that she is unsure if the dorm looks so beautiful each day, or it was in her honor… nu a kup foon a sharoner.
Today we actually had swimming! Big news the six o'clock daily downpour gave us a brake.
Well tonight we were supposed to play baseball but like you will hear from your son that didn't work out so we played "capture the flag".
As a ref I was expecting the same boldness that the chevre give the staff… (and parents) they'll show on the field. Shvache maasos. But the game was won with S. L courageous sneak up and capture.
Game two was more simple with one team kind of lazing out. It was won by C. T. G. l'chaim.
Fifteen minutes after light's out, the three learning teacher were seen sneaking up to the dorm. Next thing we know they come making kules in to room 6 shiur beis, loaded with mashke and farbeisen.
"Normal is boring". How true.
Yechi hamelech!
From the staff
